RLS uses Sherwin Williams brand traffic paint. Our paint is the same paint that is used on roads and parking lots and is applied with professional airless striping equipment. Our paint lasts for years and can withstand kid traffic as well as car traffic.

Whether you need a “standard” aluminum sign like a Stop, Handicap with NJ Penalty or a No Parking Fire Lane just to name a few we’ve got you covered. Maybe you need a custom sign with a logo or special verbiage, again no problem. We can install signs on buildings, concrete walls, UChannel posts with breakaways (available in either 2.5lb green or galvanized) into dirt, concrete footings or even core drilled into a sidewalk.
Signs guide your customers, residents, visitors and etc. with parking and to direct traffic flow thus creating a safer and more organized parking lot. Proper signage also permits property owners and managers enforce parking, fire and other private property violations.
Our signs, hardware and posts meet current NJ DOT specs. While you may be able to get away with lesser quality materials we only carry highway grade. For example we use breakaway bases and Marion lap splice kits on all of our ground installed signs. This design allows the sign to break at the base when hit by a vehicle and fall away from the vehicle. This is a requirement on all NJ DOT installed signs and reduces your liability in the event of an accident on your property.
